1. Easy Size Exchanges – We Cover Return Shipping!
We offer one free size exchange per order to ensure you get the perfect fit.
✅ Requirements for a Size Exchange:
- The jacket must be in unworn, pristine condition with all original tags attached.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned jacket, we will ship the new size at no additional cost.

2. Refunds – Restocking Fee & Customer-Paid Return Shipping
If you wish to return your jacket for a refund (when no defect exists and the correct size was sent), the following conditions apply:
✅ Refund Policy Details:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The jacket must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The refund will be processed after the return is received and inspected.

3. Quality Assurance Returns – We Cover Everything
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a jacket with manufacturing defects or material flaws, we will provide:

✔ A prepaid return shipping label
✅ Eligible Issues for a Free Return & Full Refund:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching, material flaws)
- Significant craftsmanship issues
- Jacket does not match product description
📩 If you believe your item qualifies for a quality assurance return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
4. Important Notes on Returns & Exchanges
- Jackets that show signs of wear, perfume/cologne, or removed tags will not be accepted.
- Custom-sized or personalized jackets are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Why We Charge a Restocking Fee for Refunds
