At Spellezo, we believe in the lasting quality of our leather jackets. Each piece is crafted to stand the test of time, but we understand that sometimes repairs are needed. We’re committed to helping you keep your jacket looking its best, regardless of when you purchased it. If a repair is possible, we'll handle it free of charge.
How to Request a Repair
Please follow these steps to complete your repair process:
Step 1: Visit our Contact Page to submit your repair request. Fill out the form with details about what needs to be repaired and upload clear photos of the issue.
Step 2: Once we receive and review your request, our repair experts will contact you with a Repair Authorization Number. This number should be written on the box and included with your jacket. Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to repair an item once we see it in person. If this happens, our expert will provide you with alternative options.
Step 3: Before sending your jacket, ensure it's clean and that all pockets are emptied.
Step 4: Ship your approved jacket to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, such as FedEx or UPS, and insuring your shipment appropriately. While you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, we will cover the cost of shipping your repaired jacket back to you.
Step 5: Once we receive your package, we will confirm its arrival. Please note that repairs may take several weeks from the time we receive your item.
Step 6: Your repaired jacket will be shipped back to you free of charge, ready for many more years of wear.
